My addition to Nurses open letter to oprah
I think Oprah can do what ever she likes with her Board with a couple of caveats...
We the fans... made her wealth without us she is nothing. Every time we click on this board Oprah makes money from residual income from all the advertising that surrounds us...
We are preaching to the choir. She knows that a large number of her fan base is disturbed by the endorsement of a political figure that to at least 50% of Americans believe is unqualified to lead. Her unfavorable's have gone up from 25% to over 60%... Her viewership is also down...This is directly related to this one endorsement that she has made.
Her attempt at a new site remains to be seen until the whole site is published...I will reserve my judgement on what she will ultimately have on there. However, I do not believe it is her best interest to limit any kind of political debate (unless of course you are not following her basic rules and I have read them and they seem fair when applied even handedly.)
Also I do not think that this is only a "healing or spiritual" site as has been mentioned. If it is then it is her responsibly to keep her political opinions to her private self and not bring them into her spiritual discussions. She did that big time....Oprah defended Obama during a spiritual discussion with Tolle. She set Tolle up to actually agree that Obama only meant...Blah Blah Blah... Oprah bought politics in full force onto this Board when it benefited her candidate...
She gets paid everytime we speak out...She then moves to limit political debate... I believe there are a few nations in the world right now that practice that kind of action. Even some fixed elections....
The Law of Cause and effect is a powerful Law. If in fact she believes what she preaches. The Law of attraction and the Law of Cause and Effect will take care of this little problem accordingly.
When the meat industry went after her...we the fans stood behind her and supported her. That also was a question of free speech...
To my dismay, it does not seem that she learned the right lessons from that or from her countless discussions with all these spiritual leaders she talks to. Makes me wonder if it is all a fraud.

OPRAH MESSAGE BOARDS BLOCK CLINTON & MCCAIN SUPPORTERS & REMOVES THOUSANDS OF POLITICAL THREAD DISCUSSIONS
In the ultimate act of censorship, the Oprah Winfrey message board moderators have removed hundreds of thousands of political threads and blocked Mccain and Clinton supporters from posting on the once active Local Politics site. The Oprah Winfrey website is an integral part of the Oprah Winfrey show and magazine and includes a message board which has hundreds of topics for discussion, including the most popular, local and world news. The political threads at last count had 3/4 of a million views with thousands of active threads and discussions. The discussions were lively, informative, and at times heated as the posters worked their way through the historical primaries into the start of the general election. Many of the threads were picked up by media and local Internet news organizations, as was the " No More Burkas " thread about the disillusionment of women in the Democratic party. It seems now, in following a frightening Internet trend, Ms Winfrey , has decided to block political discussion, in hopes of securing her chosen candidates election to the Nation's highest office. The reason, to me at least, is that if the dissemination of information is blocked, Barack Obama has a better chance to win. Is this censorship of our basic first amendment right of Freedom of Speech, as well as shutting down active political dialog a mandate from the Obama camp or from the vocal supporters while the campaign stands in silent acquiescence? In either case it is disturbing and should give the American people a glimpse into a Barack Obama presidency.

RIP OPRAH BOARD FREE SPEECH
Anything that was in cyber space that was written against Obama is now gone!!!!! Whoosh.... with one felt swoop all of your intellectual propety and incredible debates are gone....
I saw that last night when I sent the email... That's why I winked...
Hey When you sign up nobody reads the fine print..but she says she can do whatever she wants with your ideas. It in effect becomes her property to to do with as she wishes. I know we all wrote some really good stuff. But it is Nurse that I feel the most for. She was actually getting recognized for some of writings... Nurse actually contributed over 4500 without ever getting banned. That means alot on that oard.
Oprah could not just arbitrarly ban Hillary supporters and Obama detrators so she did the nex best thing. She swept the board...
All of those posts that said that Obama terroist are all gone. Do you realize how many posts that was... With her abilty to remove post and it still took her over 4 days to erase them all....
If you write something that you would like to keep for your journals or future books that you want to publish... copy to a file on your hard drive..

Shocking behavior...no warming just bam, bam, bam and they are gone. I wonder what is really up Oprah's sleeve? Do you think that they are performing a colon cleasing...and we are being flushed down the Obama toilet? It is becoming scary...everywhere you look there is censorship and strange disappearing acts all over the internet. I have researched various topics pertaining to Obama and when I open up an article or newpaper article...they are no longer available...I must say David Axelrod must really have clout and lots of bribery cash...hmmmmmm.

Just 37% of voters nationwide think that Hillary Clinton wants Barack Obama to win the White House this November. The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey found that 33% disagree and say that Clinton does not want an Obama victory. Thirty percent (30%) are not sure.

Bill Clinton is still very bitter that Barack Obama beat his wife Hillary Mr Obama is expected to speak to Mr Clinton for the first time since he won the nomination in the next few days, but campaign insiders say that the former president's future campaign role is a "sticking point" in peace talks with Mrs Clinton's aides.
The Telegraph has learned that the former president's rage is still so great that even loyal allies are shocked by his patronising attitude to Mr Obama, and believe that he risks damaging his own reputation by his intransigence.
A senior Democrat who worked for Mr Clinton has revealed that he recently told friends Mr Obama could "kiss my ass" in return for his support.
A second source said that the former president has kept his distance because he still does not believe Mr Obama can win the election.
Mr Clinton last week issued a tepid statement, through a spokesman, in which he said he "is obviously committed to doing whatever he can and is asked to do to ensure Senator Obama is the next president of the United States "l
Mr Obama was more effusive at his unity event with Mrs Clinton on Friday, speaking fondly of the absent former president, who attended Nelson Mandela's birthday celebrations in London instead. The candidate told the crowd: "I know how much we need both Bill and Hillary Clinton as a party. They have done so much great work. We need them badly."
But his aides said he has so far concentrated on cementing relations with Mrs Clinton first. They say they are content to let relations with Mr Clinton thaw gradually.
It has long been known that Mr Clinton is angry at the way his own reputation was tarnished during the primary battle when several of his comments were interpreted as racist...

With regard to Barack H. Obama's "FIGHT The SMEARS" Official Web site, slogan, campaign and respective statements...my personal response, to Barack H. Obama and his entourage is very simple: What we have in fact witnessed and continue to witness from you, your campaign and this party, is the kind of politics that intentionally uses gender, race, age and religion as a wedge and bludgeon, and patriotism, as well as the flag pin, as a matter of convenience, directly determined by election polls and surveys -- that sees your opponents, women, Muslims and American citizens, not as competitors and voters to challenge and "unify," respectively, but enemies to demonize, denigrate and discard, at will. You may call yourself a Democrat and an American, but whether or not you are in fact an American "natural-born" citizen, remains to be "seen" and proven beyond a reasonable doubt...especially, after you chose to produce and officially claim a manufactured "Birth Certificate" as "TRUTH!"
It's beyond comprehension that Barack H. Obama, would attack, define and equate "Muslims" and those of Muslim Faith with the slogan, "FIGHT The SMEARS" and the word "SMEAR!" Barack H. Obama, has in effect, officially and personally, "SMEARED" approximately 1 to 1.5 Billion citizens, of the world's population!
Needless to say, Barack H. Obama, is the absolute epitome of arrogance and hypocrisy! He is greatly mistaken and delusional, if in fact he expected/expects all of Hillary R. Clinton's Presidential Campaign Committee members/donors, Clinton supporters/voters and Muslims, to simply disregard, forget and forgive...and simply "get over it," "move on" and "unify!"
This past week, "Muslims Against Sharia" -- (moderate Muslims for Islamic reform) -- posted a comment on our blog, regarding Obama's "FIGHT The SMEARS" Web site, demanding "immediate removal of "SMEAR: Barack Obama is a Muslim" statement from the official Barack Obama's website as well as an apology for giving the word "Muslim" a negative connotation."
Taking into consideration, Trinity United Church of Christ, and Jeremiah Wright...Barack H. Obama's claim and statment that he is "a committed Christian" is disingenous as well as extremely insulting, to the Christian community. A twenty year association and affiliation with "Black Liberation Theology" -- ("...Jesus Christ as a "black messiah" and blacks as "the chosen people" who will only accept a god who assists their aim of destroying the "White Enemy!") -- and his Pledge of allegiance, to all Black Leadership who espouse and embrace the "Black Value System," as required by TUCC, is simply nothing more than an anit-American, racist, radical movement, with an obvious political agenda! Please, note that James H. Cone's "Black Liberation Theology" should NOT be mistaken, with "Liberation Theology"...even though, they are both anti-Christian and anti-American!
In my opinion, the only "TRUTH" about Barack H. Obama, is that in order to ensure a victory, on November 4th... he will say or do anything, if and when necessary and at any cost...!

With regard to Barack H. Obama's "FIGHT The SMEARS" Official Web site, slogan, campaign and respective statements...my personal response, to Barack H. Obama and his entourage is very simple: What we have in fact witnessed and continue to witness from you, your campaign and this party, is the kind of politics that intentionally uses gender, race, age and religion as a wedge and bludgeon, and patriotism, as well as the flag pin, as a matter of convenience, directly determined by election polls and surveys -- that sees your opponents, women, Muslims and American citizens, not as competitors and voters to challenge and "unify," respectively, but enemies to demonize, denigrate and discard, at will. You may call yourself a Democrat and an American, but whether or not you are in fact an American "natural-born" citizen, remains to be "seen" and proven beyond a reasonable doubt...especially, after you chose to produce and officially claim a manufactured "Birth Certificate" as "TRUTH!"
It's beyond comprehension that Barack H. Obama, would attack, define and equate "Muslims" and those of Muslim Faith with the slogan, "FIGHT The SMEARS" and the word "SMEAR!" Barack H. Obama, has in effect, officially and personally, "SMEARED" approximately 1 to 1.5 Billion citizens, of the world's population!
Needless to say, Barack H. Obama, is the absolute epitome of arrogance and hypocrisy! He is greatly mistaken and delusional, if in fact he expected/expects all of Hillary R. Clinton's Presidential Campaign Committee members/donors, Clinton supporters/voters and Muslims, to simply disregard, forget and forgive...and simply "get over it," "move on" and "unify!"
This past week, "Muslims Against Sharia" -- (moderate Muslims for Islamic reform) -- posted a comment on our blog, regarding Obama's "FIGHT The SMEARS" Web site, demanding "immediate removal of "SMEAR: Barack Obama is a Muslim" statement from the official Barack Obama's website as well as an apology for giving the word "Muslim" a negative connotation."
Taking into consideration, Trinity United Church of Christ, and Jeremiah Wright...Barack H. Obama's claim and statment that he is "a committed Christian" is disingenous as well as extremely insulting, to the Christian community. A twenty year association and affiliation with "Black Liberation Theology" -- ("...Jesus Christ as a "black messiah" and blacks as "the chosen people" who will only accept a god who assists their aim of destroying the "White Enemy!") -- and his Pledge of allegiance, to all Black Leadership who espouse and embrace the "Black Value System," as required by TUCC, is simply nothing more than an anit-American, racist, radical movement, with an obvious political agenda! Please, note that James H. Cone's "Black Liberation Theology" should NOT be mistaken, with "Liberation Theology"...even though, they are both anti-Christian and anti-American!
In my opinion, the only "TRUTH" about Barack H. Obama, is that in order to ensure a victory, on November 4th... he will say or do anything, if and when necessary and at any cost...!

PUMAS SAY NO DEAL TO UNITY MEETING
Obama had to finally admit where the big Unity Event would be held as the Press needed reservations and hotels. Unity, New Hampshire, a tiny town of 1500 residents and 37 square miles is not easy to get to. The big O rally will be held at an elementary school stocked with 2500 Obots. You have to have a ticket to get in and you must ride a shuttle from outside the town ( again with a ticket ) to get to town. PUMAS are organizing a protest rally but I would bet, we will NEVER see them. Ibeth, I'm not sure how well I can explain this, but one of the gifts God gave me that I had since a child was being able to look at a person and tell if their life force is leaving, rather their journey is ending relatively soon on this plane. I don't, but in California, they call such pyschic here. Due to my being able to see things in the future often, not just this and not referring to my experience regarding Obama though, it's called the gift of prophecy in the bible. What I'm getting to is I don't see a strong life force in McCain. I trust it strongly after seeing Ray Charles at an event and kept feeling it like now, then the news came a few months later. All are different and have NOTHING to do with age. I've even told critically ill people in the hospital that they would survive, and it actually happened. In conclusion, I recommend the Republicans chose a strong VP.

IT SEEMS THAT HARPO HAS NOW CENSORED THIS THREAD 2X. I had copied both threads before they were removed and my attorney has sent a harraement and discrimination complaint to the FCC as nothing that I posted is counter to the rules and regulations. Therefore I am being singled out for what I am writing.
Obama has apprently called Zebari and reassured personally that he will not pull troops out of Iraq. Obama told Zebari that he would leave forces in Iraq in contratiction to what he was saying on the campaign trail. Zebari told reporters that he was pleased that Obama and McCain are not the different in their apporch.
Do you feel that it is fair that Obama campaigned on pulling out troops but is not keeping his word?"

Then I noticed the system error and notified you that I reported it. The technicans are looking at it right now and trying to figure out why it locked up like it did. Hopefully it can get resolved.

My Picture
I put a pic on my profile. I feel a little weird showing my face after all of the terrible posts I've made...lol :)
This is my favorite picture of all time. It is of me and my two daughters when we were all younger. We weren't even dressed for the photographer. I had forgotten he was coming. But, it turned out to be my favorite photo. I am glad I didn't tell the photographer to come back another day. I like that we were just as we were and that I now have this picture of me and my girls.
We've been through a lot together over the years.

OPRAH MESSAGE BOARDS CENSORS ALL ANTI OBAMA POSTS
In the last several days, the Oprah message boards have deleted every anti-Obama post within seconds of posting. I have had 20 posts deleted today. I posted a quote of Obama from an audio tape that I have and it was deleted- the thread. I then posted a thread asking Harpo why it was removed, without re quoting the thread- and this was removed. I posted the Obama Rapid Responder talking points- and it was remved 3 seconds after posting. Greg and other republicans have told me their threads and posts are immediately removed as well. Anti Clinton and Mccain threads remain even if abuse is charged. This is WRONG as Orpahs boards are FUNDED by ads. These are the same dirty tricks that the media and Obama Campaign used against Clinton. Does anyone have an idea as to how to address this ( CHANGO ?) Please keep track of posts that are deleted. This whole Obama thing is getting scary folks !!!

Before the Memorial Day recess, a measure creating a Federal Fingerprint Registry, totally unrelated to national security passed the Senate Banking Committee, almost without notice.
The legislation will require individuals working even tangentially in the mortgage and real estate industries — and not suspected of anything — to send their prints to the FBI and related government agencies.
The National Fingerprint Registry Database and Fingerprint Mandates were "tucked" into housing and foreclosure assistance bills, passed the Senate Banking Committee by a vote of 19-2!
This must be an example of the "New Politics" and "Change" Barack H. Obama, preaches!

There is "one" person in particular that came to mind, when I read this article! I believe that those of us that support and voted for Hillary Clinton, and now intend to vote for John McCain...if Hillary is not the nominee, will be subjected to "new" forms of attack and character assassination! The Oprah Message Board, is the best example!!!
Sadly, she/they don't seem to realize that I/we share in the same determination, strength and resolve that Hillary Clinton, demonstrated by staying in the race until "all" votes were cast and counted, thereby, winning the popular vote, as well as the fact that she "suspended" her campaign, retained her "Pledged" Delegates, and wants a second roll call at the Convention!
The fact that Hillary, retained her control, power and Pledged Delegates, clearly indicates that she did not trust the DNC members and officials, in case Barack Obama, is no longer a viable candidate, by the time we get to Denver!
Moreover, the fact that Bill Clinton, has made no public statement of endorsement, in any way...speaks volumes!
As I have stated before, if not Hillary R. Clinton...John S. McCain! Personally, I believe that Hillary Clinton, does in fact respect and support my/our decision!
I'm in absolute agreement with Hillary, Barack H. Obama, does not have the experience to be the next President of the United States...and that he is NOT ready to be Commander In Chief, on day one!

Well, they’ve done it again.
Obama bloggers–paid or unpaid–have turned yet another democratic blog, the great MyDD, into an “obamablog”, where any statement critical of Obama is met with faux outrage, dismissal, and ridicule. The Obama people have smeared all democrats who do not fall in line with them. HRC supporters have been banned, warned, had their work edited, and “gang-troll rated” into oblivion.
MyDD has gone the way of daily kos.
The purpose of this diary is to respond to an earlier reccommended diary on the “signs of republican or McCain trolls”–or ways to spot what the author called “democrats supporting McCain.” The diary disturbed me as it seemed the penultimate way to trash every HRC supporter who said anything critical of Obama…in other words, “criticize Obama = republican troll”. The diary received many comments, and led subsequently to various commenters awarding “McCain points” to several HRC diarists in other posts, or to employ the “dismiss the argument” tactic by saying “is this snark?”
Here they are. Do your comments fit in here anywhere? Alternatively, have you been subject to any of these tactics yourself?
Attack/Gloat mode. ”Hillary is evil. Clintonistas are racist, uneducated old, irrelevant, paleofeminists, white-trash republican trolls (see the referenced diary above for spotting these mccain trolls).”
Threat Mode. ”If McCain wins, say good bye to roe v wade; say hello to the 100 year war, say goodbye to life on earth as we know it, and its all your fault”! And if Obama loses its because HRC continued her campaign through June 3rd!
Tantrum Mode. “Fine, go ahead and vote McCain, then! We don’t need you anyway! We’ve replaced you with millions of new voters! You were never a real democrat. The party is better off without you!”
Stark reality mode. Among themselves: “Oh shit…maybe we do need the Clintonistas in November!” To HRC supporters: “come on, we’re all democrats, we need to pull together, can’t we just get along?”
Over-confidence Mode. ”I’m not worried. HRC supporters will come around and vote Obama in Nov. After all, where else can they go? So let’s keep having fun beating them up!”
